Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds, but exchanges may be possible. We have a 14-day exchange return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Customers must provide return shipping. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding all holidays and weekends). You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
Shipping Time / Rate
We currently offer economy shipping as our standard rate calculated at checkout. Shipping time is typically around 5 business days, but please allow up to 8 business days in addition to order processing.
Need a faster shipment? Priority shipping is available for $15.99, and this should arrive within 3 business days of shipping. Please allow for an additional 1-3 business days of order processing.
Delayed / Lost Packages
Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your package.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and we do not offer refunds on lost or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if they do not meet their guaranteed shipping times.
You can submit a claim online for missing packages through the mail carrier. Please contact them directly for concerns related to delivery time or lost packages.
